Shipping Information & Core Pick-Ups

Once you have placed your order with MVA, Inc., we will locate your requested unit from our warehouse and prepare it for shipment. Once we arrive at your location to drop off your engine/transmission, we will provide a physical invoice (and exchange with a check at this point if that is your payment preference).

We do not charge core fee deposits upfront. Instead, when the delivery is made, we allow 30 days after the delivery date for the core to be reassembled and ready for pick up. We typically give a courtesy call after 1-2 weeks to ask if the core is ready. If your core is ready before then, please feel free to reach out to your representative or our office and we will make arrangements to take it off your hands.

Return Policy

If you are not content with your purchase, we will accept your unit back if the installation process has not already begun and if the unit has not been modified or altered from APS specifications. You may call our office and one of our trucks will pick up the unit from your location for a restock fee of $150 in addition to a 3% processing fee for the total amount of the original purhcase order.
